Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are a binding agreement between you and OmniBurrow ("OmniBurrow", "we", "us") covering your use of the OmniBurrow website, web application, mobile app, and public marketplace (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure — activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the service.

Subscription and billing

• OmniBurrow is a paid subscription: $9.99 per month after a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to start the trial.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from the account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Partial periods are not refunded.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may pause syncing and online access until billing is resolved — your data is not deleted for a billing lapse.
• If we change the subscription price, we will give you advance notice by email before the new price applies to you.

Your content

You own the records, photos, and other content you put into OmniBurrow. You grant us the limited license needed to host, store, back up, process, and display that content in order to provide the service to you — nothing more. You can export your data at any time from the account page. You are responsible for the content you submit, including having the right to upload it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, including sales that violate animal-welfare or animal-sale laws that apply to you.
• Post listings or content that are fraudulent, misleading, or infringe someone else's rights.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or access another user's data.
• Scrape or bulk-harvest marketplace or user data.
• Resell or white-label the service without our written permission.

Marketplace

The marketplace lets breeders publish listings and buyers discover them. OmniBurrow is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers: we do not process marketplace payments between users, hold escrow, inspect animals, or guarantee any listing. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for their transactions, including payment, transport, health guarantees, and compliance with the laws that apply to them. Deposits and sales recorded in your rabbitry records are record-keeping entries, not payments processed by us.

AI features and predictions

Features such as pedigree photo import, genetic and variety predictions, growth projections, and the in-app assistant produce automated output that may be incomplete or wrong. They are provided as informational aids, not guarantees — verify imported pedigrees against the source document, and treat predictions as probabilities, not promises. OmniBurrow does not provide veterinary advice; consult a veterinarian for animal-health decisions.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion follows the grace-period and purge process described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create legal exposure, or abuse the service; where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that records, calculations, or predictions are accurate. Keep your own backups of anything critical — the export tools exist for exactly that.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniBurrow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
